We were founded by Riccardo Waites, a naval submarine veteran, single father of two (9 total), and small business owner living in Bend, Oregon.

We were founded by Riccardo Waites, a naval submarine veteran, single father of two (9 total), and small business owner living in Bend, Oregon.
After witnessing the senseless murder of George Floyd he decided to create an organization that can do what no other organization has done, unify black America. Believing that only a united black America joined with others who share the same heart and mindset can end racial inequality. His motto?

C.O.B.L.A.S mission is to uplift Black people through programs designed to put them on a path to generational wealth, inclusion, equality. We assist these individuals and families by bridging the gap in employment, housing, safety, health and education.
