After witnessing the senseless murder of George Floyd he decided to create an organization that can do what no other organization has done, unify black America. Believing that only a united black America joined with others who share the same heart and mindset can end racial inequality. His motto?

Overall, COBLA's mission is to create a more just and equitable society for Black people in Central Oregon and beyond.
